Shawn Gately Bio

I am a child of the west coast, body surfing and collecting seashells as a child, then moving to the forests of Ashland, Oregon. My family were big on camping and I grew up mostly sleeping on cots and in tents, chasing after lizards and snakes. 

Then I discovered civilization. I graduated with a degree in Language Arts (Spanish), put it to good use in San Francisco at an inner city school for five years.
