First of all, I'd like to say something. Thank you and your team for all of the hard work you've put into my Imperial Guard Strike Force army. I inspected each and every model, in painstaking scrutiny. The level of detail you provided me is well beyond my expectations. It is an army to be proud of, and I have you and your team to thank for that.

I am constantly getting compliments about the army, and my competitors even say that my play style has improved! Think of it like this... have you ever noticed that just after you've washed your car it seems like it miraculously runs better? Faster? Saves more gas? I'm sure it's all psychological, but boy it sure seems that way when you're proud of what you have.

Secondly, I'd like to thank you, Shawn, for your customer service. You personally have exceeded my expectations. You made a commitment to me, and honored it even when it bit into your profit. I am very thankful for how you handled the situation of the armies fitting into the Battlefoam cases. I totally did not expect you to upgrade me to another 1520 at no cost. To be honest, I was braced for the inevitable "Looks like the price I quoted you wasn't right, you owe me $$$ more..." line. But you didn't. You honored our original agreement and kept me at my price cap.
